Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide a full refund (excluding postage) within 30 days of you receiving the order, as long as the order is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags and packaging intact.

To ensure items are suitable for return we ask that you take care when trying on our products to ensure no make-up, creams or perfumes come into contact with the products. We reserve the right to refuse to refund products that are not returned in their original condition.

If your complaint regards a manufacturing fault, we are happy to either replace the item or provide a full refund including original postage cost and the cost of return, following a check by our returns team to confirm if there is indeed a manufacturing fault. Where returns are due to customer error, returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned goods, but please allow time for shipping.
